Adrian is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in construction, business development bookkeeping and finance. He has worked with small businesses since 2014 to develop business strategies for growth, secure business loans and lines of credit, assist with contract negotiation and helped to play a key role in creating financial strategies to maximize the value of a company.
He has his Associates degree from CTU in Business Administration, a Quickbooks Pro Advisor and is currently working on completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a Minor in Accounting at the University of Houston Downtown, and receiving his Bookkeeping and Accounting Analyst License with NACPB [National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers]. He is also a license Realtor in Texas. He uses his skills and education in real estate to perform site evaluation and feasibility studies for potential development projects for companies
Professional Experience
Adrian started his career in construction and 2002 as an apprentice electrician with the IBEW working on residential and commercial projects. He later became employed by Honest Electric,and after much time and training he became a journeyman electrician where he worked on various construction projects including the construction of several T-Mobile stores, Men's Warehouses and Starbucks coffees facilities.
He developed a passion for construction development and management, which eventually open up a door for him to become a partner in a general contracting company.
There he had the opportunity to grow by being involved in estimating, project development and management and land acquisition and development.
He further moved into assisting the founder of the company in the accounting needs of the business. This is where he gained additional experience in A/P, A/R, payroll and financial reporting and analysis.
In order to become a more efficient entrepreneur, he enrolled into college where he has been working to complete his degree in finance with a minor in accounting. In 2014, he was asked to become a part of the Solentricx team as a regular consultant where he was allowed the freedom and opportunity to grow and use his skills to help maximize the value of the company.
Adrian is a devoted Christian who loves reading, mentoring youth, listening to jazz and spending time with his loving wife, children and grandchildren.
